Our diffusers use nebulization: the fragrance oil is transformed into an ultra-fine mist, without water or heat. The fragrance spreads evenly throughout the room, without humidity or residue, just like in the lobbies of luxury hotels.

According to the manufacturer, Essence One diffuses up to 200 m³ (room volume). However, the results depend on ceiling height, ventilation, and the intensity selected. For a large room, we recommend starting with medium intensity and adjusting as needed.

No. Essence One operates at less than 34 dB, which is a very low noise level, comparable to a whisper. It can be placed in a bedroom without disturbing your sleep.

Essence One is controlled from a mobile app via Bluetooth. You can adjust the intensity, duration, and scheduled diffusion times, for example, so your home is scented before you arrive.

When changing fragrances, or if the diffusion becomes weak, clean the nozzle with a cotton swab dipped in a little isopropyl alcohol, then let it dry before reinstalling the bottle. Always unplug the device before cleaning.

We recommend our Maison Essence room fragrances, specifically formulated for waterless diffusers. Pure essential oils also work.

Do not use:

• water;
• alcohol-based body perfume (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette);
• thick oils (massage oils, coconut oil, pure oud, or attar), which can clog the nozzle.

The duration depends on the intensity and scheduled diffusion times. With moderate daily use, a 100 ml bottle lasts about 2-3 weeks.

Use the diffuser in a ventilated room and place it out of the reach of children and pets. Some fragrance oils can be irritating, especially for cats. Do not ingest, avoid contact with skin and eyes. If in doubt, seek advice from your veterinarian or doctor.

Orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
